Galleri is usually considered for adults **50+** or those with elevated risk. It is ordered by a clinician and used **in addition to** guideline-recommended screening like mammography, colonoscopy, Pap/HPV testing, and low-dose lung CT when indicated. Specificity is high—yet **false positives and false negatives occur**. Galleri is prescription-based and used alongside—not instead of—standard cancer screening. ## Pricing & coverage Most insurance does not yet cover Galleri. HSA/FSA may be eligible.
